Call for Papers
The Real Estate Unit at Malmö University is pleased to invite researchers to participate in Malmö Real Estate Research Conference to be held on May 17th-18th 2018 in Malmö. This lunch-to-lunch conference aims to raise the quality, status of real estate research and education. It also seeks to create a platform for partnerships in facing real estate challenges in the region as well as internationally.
We encourage researchers to submit abstracts for papers in the area of real estate, and possibly in relation to suggested themes below. The deadline for abstract submission is March 23th, 2018. Abstracts will be refereed before acceptance, and we will notify participants ultimately by April 4th, 2018, on the acceptance of their work for presentation during the sessions.

Finance and Appraisal Housing
Innovation in Real Estate Organisation and Management
Urban and Regional Development
Real Estate Law
Local Housing Markets and Local Unemployment
